Do you have a specific number of hours per day for our caregivers to work?
We can provide caregivers for anywhere between 5 to 24 hours a day.
What exact services does Ageless Care Services provide?
We offer a variety of services, including Assistance with Daily Living (ADLs), Transportation to Doctor
Appointments, Medication Reminders, Vital Signs Monitoring, Meal Preparation, Light Housekeeping, Shopping and
Laundry Services, Caregiver/Family Relief (Respite Care), 24-Hour Live-in Care, Sitter Services, Companionship,
and Homemaker services. Please call our office for more information.
How do I pay for services?
You can pay through our secure client portal using your debit card, credit card, or check. We also accept
long-term care insurance. Our Client Services Account Manager can assist you in setting up your account for your
convenience and peace of mind. Please note that we do not accept cash.
Are all your caregivers fluent in English or other languages?
Yes, we thoroughly review our caregivers to ensure they are fluent in English. Additionally, we have caregivers
who speak Creole, French, and Spanish fluently. We also take our clients’ needs and requests into account before
sending caregivers to their homes.
What is your caregiver application screening process?
All our caregivers are employees, not contractors or 1099 workers. They are licensed, have undergone Level 2
background checks, are CPR trained, have been interviewed face-to-face, have reference checks completed, and are
insured to protect both the referral source and our clients.
Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
Ageless Care Solutions is not Medicare or Medicaid certified. However, we can refer you to local licensed
companies that do accept Medicare or Medicaid.
What if my parents prefer a different caregiver?
After our Senior Care Manager completes an in-home safety assessment and develops a care plan tailored to your
loved ones’ needs, we will schedule meet-and-greet sessions with three caregivers to ensure their personalities
are a good fit. You will then have the opportunity to make your selection. If, for any reason, you are not
satisfied with the caregiver, we ask for a 24-hour advance notice for any changes, and we will be happy to
accommodate your request. A schedule will then be arranged for your mom, dad, or both.
What are your operating hours? Will I get an answering service?
You will never get an answering service when contacting us. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to
5 PM EST, and we are available on-call 24/7 for services.
