We can provide our caregivers from 5-24 hours a day.

What is the exact services does Ageless Care Services provide?

Activities with Daily Living (ADL’s), Transportation to Doctor Appointments , Medication Reminders, Vital Signs Monitoring, Meal Preparation , Light Housekeeping, Shopping and Laundry Services, Caregiver/Family Relief (Respite ) 24 Hour Live-in-Care, Sitter Services, Companionship, Homemaker, call the office for more information.

How do I pay for services?

You are welcome to pay on our secured client portal, with your debit card, credit card, check, we accept long term care insurance. Or our client services account manager will set you up into the system for your convivence and peace of mind. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.

Is all your caregivers fluent in English, or other languages?

  • Yes, we carefully review caregivers to make sure they are fluent in English.

  • We also have caregivers that speak Creole, French and Spanish Fluently. We also carefully consider our client’s needs and requests before sending any caregivers to their homes.

What is your caregiver application screening process?

All our caregivers are our staff and NOT contractors/1099 meaning they are our employees. They are all licensed, Level 2 background checked, CPR Trained, Face to Face interviewed, Referenced Checked, Insured to protect referral source and clients.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

Ageless Care Solutions are not Medicare or Medicaid certified. We can refer you to local licensed companies that accept Medicare or Medicaid.

What if my parents prefer a different caregiver?

  • After our Senior Care Manager completes their in-home safety assessments , and a care plan to best fit the needs of your loved ones, we would then schedule three caregivers for a meet and greet to ensure the caregivers personalities fits your loved ones, Then, you would be able to make your selection.

  • If for some reason you are not happy with the caregiver, we ask for a 24-advance notice for any changes, and we would be happy to accommodate your request.

  • A schedule is then completed for your mom or dad or both.

What are your operations hours? You would never get an answering service.

  • Office Hours Monday – Friday 9-5 EST

  • Available on- Call 24/7 for services
